纳米SiO2和消石灰粉对沥青混凝土路用性能的影响

    摘要:为评价纳米SiO2和消石灰粉对沥青混凝土路用性能的影响,将纳米SiO2和消石灰粉取代部分石灰岩矿粉,对改性沥青混凝土进行了冻融劈裂试验、动态压缩弹性模量试验以及抗疲劳性能试验。结果表明:随着纳米SiO2和消石灰粉掺量的增加,沥青混凝土的路用性能逐渐提高;掺加9%纳米SiO2和9%消石灰粉的沥青混凝土经6次冻融循环后的劈裂抗拉强度较基准组分别提高137.9%和160.2%,50 ℃高温条件下的动态压缩弹性模量较基准组分别提高177.4%和146.7%,且20 ℃下的疲劳寿命较基准组分别延长203.2%和182.3%。将纳米SiO2和消石灰粉取代部分石灰岩矿粉应用于路面工程中是可行的。

Effects of nano-silica and hydrated lime on the road performance of asphalt concrete

    Abstract:In order to evaluate the effects of nano-silica and hydrated lime on the road performance of asphalt concrete,the asphalt concrete samples were prepared by partially substituting limestone powder with nano-silica and hydrated lime. Specifically,the freeze-thaw split test,dynamic compression elastic modulus test,and fatigue resistance test for the modified and unmodified asphalt concrete mixtures were carried out. The results suggest the road performance of asphalt concrete gradually improves with the increase of the content of nano-silica and hydrated lime. The split tensile strengths of asphalt concrete mixed with 9% nano-silica and 9% hydrated lime are 137.9% and 160.2% higher than that of reference group after 6 freeze-thaw cycles. Moreover,the dynamic compression elastic modulus of the modified asphalt concrete at 50 ℃ are 177.4% and 146.7% higher than that of reference group,and the fatigue life at 20 ℃ are 203.2% and 182.3% greater than that of the reference group,respectively. Therefore,it is feasible to replace limestone powder with nano-silica and hydrated lime in pavement engineering.
