硅藻土/BRA岩沥青复合改性沥青组成优化及其混合料性能研究

    摘要:为了协同改善沥青混合料的高低温性能与水稳定性,将硅藻土与布墩岩沥青(BRA)进行复配,以获得综合路用性能优异的沥青混合料。基于硅藻土/BRA复合改性沥青锥入度试验、软化点试验、直接剪切试验优化了适宜的硅藻土与BRA掺配范围,并研究了硅藻土/BRA复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:掺入硅藻土和BRA复合改性剂可显著降低基质沥青的锥入度、提高软化点、提高抗剪切强度;可显著提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性,同时降低单轴贯入剪切强度对试验温度的敏感性。14%硅藻土与20%BRA复合改性的沥青混合料具有良好的低温抗裂性能和优异的水稳定性。

Study on optimization of composite modification of diatomite/BRA rock asphalt and performance of asphalt mixture

    Abstract:In order to synergistically improve the high and low temperature performance and water stability of asphalt mixture,diatomaceous earth and Buton Rock Asphalt(BRA) are compounded to obtain an asphalt mixture with excellent road performance. Based on diatomite/BRA composite modified asphalt penetration test,softening point test and direct shear test optimized the suitable blending range of diatomite and BRA,and studied the road performance of diatomite/BRA composite modified asphalt mixture. The results show that the addition of diatomaceous earth and BRA composite modifier can significantly reduce the penetration of matrix asphalt,improve the softening point of asphalt,and improve the shear strength. Adding diatomite and BRA composite modifier can significantly improve the high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture,and reduce the sensitivity of uniaxial penetration shear strength to test temperature,14% diatomite+20%BRA is the best ratio of composite modifiers. The diatomaceous earth/BRA composite modified asphalt mixture has good low temperature crack resistance and excellent water stability.
