青川岩沥青与SBR复合改性热再生沥青混合料性能研究

摘要：将青川岩沥青应用于SBR改性热再生沥青混合料，以改善热再生沥青混合料的路用性能与耐久性。探讨青川岩沥青掺量对SBR改性热再生沥青混合料路用性能和疲劳性能的影响。结果表明，掺加青川岩沥青能显著改善热再生沥青混合料的高温性能、低温抗裂性能与水稳定性，青川岩沥青在6%~10%掺量范围内，与SBR改性沥青复合改性热再生沥青混合料的弯曲应变大于3000 με，同时浸水马歇尔残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比均大于90%；随青川岩沥青掺量增加，SBR改性热再生沥青混合料的高温性能和水稳定性显著提高，最大弯曲应变、断裂能则呈先增大后减小。推荐用于SBR改性热再生沥青混合料的最佳青川岩沥青掺量为8%~10%。

Performance of Qingchuan rock asphalt and SBR composite modified hot recycled asphalt mixture

Abstract：Qingchuan rock asphalt is applied to SBR modified hot recycled asphalt mixture to improve the road performance and durability of hot recycled asphalt mixture. Discuss the influence of Qingchuan rock asphalt content on road performance and fatigue performance of SBR modified hot recycled asphalt mixture. The results show that the addition of Qingchuan rock asphalt significantly improves the high temperature performance，low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the hot reclaimed asphalt mixture. In the range of 6% to 10% Qingchuan rock asphalt，the bending strain of the asphalt composite modified hot reclaimed asphalt mixture is greater than 3000 με，and the Marshall residual stability and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio are both greater than 90%. With the increase of the asphalt content of the Qingchuan rock，the high-temperature performance and water stability of the reclaimed asphalt mixture are significantly increased，the maximum bending strain and fracture energy first increase and then decrease. The optimum amount of Qingchuan rock asphalt recommended for SBR modified hot-recycled asphalt mixture is 8%~10%.
