蒸养条件下大掺量粉煤灰水泥浆体性能研究

    摘要:采用SEM、MIP、XRD、TG-DSC等方法研究了蒸养条件下大掺量粉煤灰水泥浆体的结构及水化产物。结果表明:蒸养可以促进浆体早期强度提高,且随着粉煤灰掺量的增加促进效果增强,但对28 d龄期强度影响不明显;粉煤灰的加入使得浆体的孔隙率增大,但同时小孔占比也增加,优化了孔结构;蒸养条件对掺加粉煤灰的浆体的孔隙率无明显影响,但降低了浆体的最可几孔径,同时增加了直径小于20 μm的气孔含量;粉煤灰消耗了部分水化产物Ca(OH)2,且蒸养加速了Ca(OH)2的消耗;合适的粉煤灰掺量及蒸养条件不会引起Ca(OH)2的过度消耗产生“贫钙”问题而导致结构失稳。

Research on the properties of cement slurry with high volume fly ash under steam curing condition

    Abstract:The structure and hydration products of cement slurry with high volume fly ash under steam curing conditions is investigated in this paper by different methods such as SEM,MIP,XRD and TG-DSC. The results show that steaming curing can improve the early strength of the slurry,and the effect is more obvious with the increase of fly ash content,but the improvement is slightly at the age of 28 d,the addition of fly ash increases the porosity of the slurry while increasing the proportion of small holes,which optimizes the pore structure,steam curing condition has no obvious influence on the porosity of slurry mixed with fly ash but it reduces the most probable aperture(MPA) of the slurry and increases the porosity content below 20 μm in diameter,fly
ash consumes part of the hydration products calcium hydroxide(CH),and the steam curing accelerates the consumption,appropriate fly ash content and steaming conditions will not lead to excessive consumption of CH,which can lead "poor calcium" problem and structural instability.
