水泥基植物纤维复合材料耐水性研究

    摘要:对废弃木材合理利用,将其制备成水泥基植物纤维复合材料,除了考虑承受荷载外,还应对其耐水性进行研究。试件制备采用马歇尔击实工艺,根据力学性能优选配比方案,并通过干湿循环试验对不同预处理试件的质量和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:水灰比为0.8、集灰比为0.5时,试件在养护28 d的抗压强度、劈拉强度达到最大值,分别为8.30、2.41 MPa;经1%NaOH溶液预处理试件优于未处理和水溶液处理的力学性能;经过15次干湿循环,质量损失率小于2%,强度损失率小于12%,且试件外观无显著变形,可见该复合材料具有良好的耐水性能。

Experimental research on water resistance of cement-based plant fiber composites

    Abstract:For reasonable use of waste wood to prepare cement based plant fiber composite material,in addition to considering the load,the water resistance of the composite material should also be studied. The specimens were prepared by Marshall compaction process,the proportion scheme was optimized according to the mechanical properties,and the quality and mechanical properties of different pretreatment specimens were analyzed through dry and wet cycle tests. The results showed that when the water-cement ratio was 0.8 and the ash-collecting ratio was 0.5,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the specimens reached the maximum value during curing for 28 days,respectively 8.30 MPa and 2.41 MPa. The mechanical properties of the specimens pretreated with 1% NaOH solution were better than those without treatment or with aqueous solution. After 15 dry and wet cycles,the mass loss rate was less than 2% of the original specimen,and the mechanical strength loss rate was less than 12% of the original strength,and the appearance of the specimen showed no significant deformation. It can be seen that the composite material has good water resistance.
