透水砖抑制泛碱试验研究

    摘要:通过对透水砖泛碱析出物的分析,发现透水砖泛碱的主要成分为Na2CO3·H2O。通过试验研究减水剂和养护方式对透水砖泛碱的影响,结果表明:掺加萘系减水剂的透水砖更易发生泛碱现象;在生产养护时尽量减少洒水干湿循环次数和采用封闭养护可以有效抑制泛碱现象的发生。

Experimental study on the effect of water permeable brick on the inhibition of alkali exudation

    Abstract:Through the analysis of the alkali precipitate of the water permeable brick,it is found that the main component of the alkali is Na2CO3·H2O. The influence of water reducing agent and curing method on the alkali exudation of the water permeable brick was studied by experiment,it is found that the pervious brick with naphthalene water reducing agent is more prone to alkali exudation. In the process of production and maintenance,reducing the number of dry and wet cycles of water spraying and adopting closed curing can effectively inhibit the occurrence of alkali exudation.
