灰缝后置钢筋加固法技术研究

    摘要:介绍了一种老旧住宅砌体加固的新方法——灰缝后置钢筋加固法的施工工序、机理和试验结果。通过在既有砌体灰缝中植入钢筋并焊接成网,来提高砌体自身承载力,满足抗压强度要求,解决了现行“钢筋混凝土面层加固法和钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固法”存在挤占室内空间、增加建筑自重、不能等截面传力的弊端。当配筋率达到0.44%时,能够满足5层以下老旧住宅砌体结构加固要求,对推动“旧改”政策落地具有重要意义。

Research on the reinforcement method of post-set mortar joint rebar

    Abstract:This paper introduces a new method of strengthening old residential masonry—the construction procedure,mechanism and test results of the post-set mortar joint rebar reinforcement method. By implanting steel bars in the existing masonry mortar joints and welding them into a net,the masonry's own bearing capacity is improved and the compressive strength requirements are met. The disadvantages of existing "reinforced concrete surface reinforcement method and steel mesh cement mortar surface reinforcement method",such as  occupying indoor space,increasing the weight of the building,and not being able to transmit force in equal sections,are solved. When the reinforcement ratio reaches 0.44%,it can meet the requirements for strengthening the masonry structure of old houses with less than 5 stories,which is of great significance for promoting the implementation of the "old house reform" policy.
