陶瓷抛光废料用于制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块的研究

    摘要:采用陶瓷抛光废料代替部分砂,研究不同替代率、水料比、木质素磺酸钠对蒸压加气混凝土性能的影响及温度和陶瓷抛光废料掺量对发气曲线的影响。试验结果表明,当水料比为0.6,水温40 ℃,陶瓷抛光废料替代60%砂时,产品发气过程稳定,物理性能较好,外观整洁,达到B07优等品(B)的要求。

Study on preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete block by ceramic polishing scrap

    Abstract:Using ceramic polishing scrap to replace part of the sand,the effects of different replacement rates,water-to-material ratios and sodium lignosulfonate on the properties of autoclaved aerated concrete and the influence of temperature and ceramic polishing scrap content on the gas generation curve were studied. The test results show that when the water-to-material ratio is 0.6,the water temperature is 40 ℃,and the ceramic polishing scrap replaces 60% sand,the product has stable gas generation process,good physical performance,clean appearance and meets the requirements of B07 excellent product(B).
