我国建筑能耗宏观影响因素分析

摘要：通过分析宏观因素对我国建筑能耗的影响，结合建筑特点和发展趋势，从城镇化率、国内生产总值、建筑规模、电器拥有率4个主要的宏观因素分析与建筑能耗的关系。通过统计的建筑能耗和建筑面积，定量分析宏观因素与建筑能耗的影响关系。

Analysis on the macro influencing factors of building energy consumption in China

Abstract：By analyzing the impact of macro factors on building energy consumption in China，combined with the characteristics and development trend of China's building industry，this paper analyzes the impact on building energy consumption in China from four major macro factors：urbanization rate，GDP，building scale and ownership rate of various electrical appliances. Based on the statistical data of building energy consumption and building area，the relationship between macro factors and building energy consumption is quantitatively analyzed.
