不同聚合物混凝土性能对比研究

摘要：在混凝土中分别掺加聚丙烯酸酯乳液、氯丁胶乳、沥青改性胶粉及高性能抗腐蚀剂 XY-1 制备不同种类聚合物混凝土，研究了聚合物混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能的变化。试验结果表明：4种聚合物混凝土中，掺加沥青改性胶粉制备的聚合物混凝土性价比最高，对混凝土工作性能影响小，其28 d抗压强度为设计强度的164%，抗硫酸盐干湿循环可达120余次，抗冻融循环可达250余次；且成本较低，仅为普通混凝土的1.5倍。

Comparative study on properties of different kinds of polymer concrete

Abstract：Different kinds of polymer concrete were prepared by adding polyacrylate emulsion，chloroprene latex，bituminous modified rubber powder and high performance anti-corrosive XY-1，respectively，to study the changes of its working，mechanical performance and durability. The test results showed that the polymer concrete with asphalt modified rubber powder has the highest performance-to-price ratio and has little influence on the concrete performance. Its 28 d compressive strength was 164% of the designed strength，and its sulfate resistance could reach more than 120 times，and its freezing-thawing resistance could reach more than 250 times. And the cost was lower，only 1.5 times that of ordinary concrete.
