掺聚羧酸系减水剂混凝土泌水影响因素研究

    摘要:针对混凝土实际应用中聚羧酸系减水剂存在的对掺量较敏感,容易泌水离析的问题,对聚羧酸系减水剂本身的分子结构及掺量,以及保坍剂、缓凝剂、黏度调节剂、引气剂等复配组分等影响因素进行了试验研究。结果表明:聚羧酸系减水剂、聚羧酸系保坍剂及缓凝剂的优选对混凝土泌水率有较大影响,黏度调节剂及引气剂的掺加能有效降低混凝土的泌水率。在某船闸工程闸室墙混凝土中,通过上述各组分的合理复配,能将掺聚羧酸系减水剂的中低坍落度混凝土的泌水率控制在1.0%以下,保证工程质量。

Influence factors of bleeding on concrete with polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:Aiming at the problem that polycarboxylate superplasticizer is sensitive to dosage and easy to segregate and bleed in application,the molecular structure and dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer itself,as well as the influencing factors of slump-retaining agent,retarder,viscosity regulator,air entraining agent and other composite components were studied. The results show that the optimum selection of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,polycarboxylate slump retaining agent and retarder has a great influence on the concrete bleeding rate,and the addition of viscosity regulator and air entraining agent can effectively reduce the concrete bleeding rate. In the concrete of lock chamber wall of a lock project,the bleeding rate of low slump concrete mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer is controlled below 1.0% by addition of the above components,which ensures the quality of the project.
