高触变早强型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:采用高分子质量异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、不饱和脂肪酸甘油酯、不饱和季铵盐和丙烯酸等原材料,常温工艺合成了一种高触变早强型聚羧酸系减水剂(PCE-TE),采用红外光谱(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对制备的减水剂进行了结构表征,并通过水泥水化热测试和混凝土试验考察了其早强和触变性能。结果表明,制备的高触变早强型聚羧酸系减水剂(PCE-TE)结构与设计结构相符,并具有较高的分子质量,触变性能和早强性能明显优于减水型聚羧酸减水剂(Point-TS8)。

Study on synthesis and properties of high thixotropic early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:The high thixotropic early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-TE) was synthesized by using raw materials such as high molecular weight isobutylene alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,unsaturated fatty acid glyceride,unsaturated quaternary ammonium salt and acrylic acid at room temperature. The structure of the prepared polycarboxylate superplasticizer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC),the early strength and thixotropic properties were tested
by cement hydration heat and concrete. The results showed that the structure of the prepared high thixotropic early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-TE) was consistent with the design structure and had a higher molecular weight. The thixotropy
and early strength performance of PCE-TE were significantly better than that of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer(Point-TS8).
