高性能隧道明色化彩色沥青及其路用性能研究

    摘要:为探索适用于隧道明色化的新型铺装材料,开发了一种合成树脂类彩色沥青。利用傅里叶红外光谱分析了彩色沥青与SK-70#石油沥青的官能团组成,对比了彩色沥青与I-D级SBS改性沥青的常规性能和路用性能。试验结果表明:彩色沥青与SK-70#石油沥青具有相近的官能团组成;明色化彩色沥青混合料的四项路用性能均符合JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求;与I-D级SBS改性沥青相比,低温性能明显提高,水稳定性能小幅提升;同时2种沥青的BPN值相近,表明彩色沥青路面具有良好的抗滑性能。

Study on high performance tunnel brightening colored asphalt and its road performance

    Abstract:In order to explore a new type of paving material suitable for tunnel brightening,a synthetic resin colored asphalt was developed in this paper. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) was used to analyze the functional group composition of color asphalt and SK-70# petroleum asphalt. The conventional performance and pavement performance of color asphalt and I-D SBS modified asphalt were compared. The test results show that colored asphalt and SK-70# petroleum asphalt have similar functional groups,and the four pavement performances of bright color asphalt mixture meet the requirements of specification JTG F40—2004 "Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements". Compared with I-D SBS modified asphalt,the low temperature performances can be significantly improved,and the water stability can be slightly improved. At the same time,the BPN test results of the two kinds of asphalt are similar,which shows that the colored asphalt pavement has excellent skid resistance.
