高硫超细铜尾矿充填胶凝材料的研究与应用

    摘要:高硫超细尾矿作为目前国内矿山胶结充填的难题,一般的胶结充填材料普遍存在强度低、成本高的问题,难以实现低成本高性能胶结充填。提出利用一种新型充填胶凝材料替代普通水泥用于高硫超细尾矿充填,具有强度高、成本低等优点,同时通过产业化的应用实践,节本增效效果明显,满足了矿山企业对高性能充填材料的需求。

Research and application of cementitious materials for filling high sulfur and ultra-fine copper tailings

    Abstract:High-sulfur and ultra-fine tailings are currently a difficult problem of cementitious filling in domestic mines. Ordinary cementitious filling materials generally have the problems of low strength and high cost,and it is difficult to achieve low-cost and high-performance cementitious filling. It is proposed to use a new type of cementitious filling material to replace ordinary cement for filling of high-sulfur and ultra-fine tailings,which has the advantages of high strength and low cost. At the same time,through industrialized application practice,the effect of saving costs and increasing efficiency is obvious,which satisfies the demand of mining enterprises for high-performance filling materials.
