环保型BJ-G土壤固化剂固化性能研究

    摘要:土壤固化剂是改善和提高土壤工程性能的新型功能材料,通过直接胶结土体中土壤颗粒表面或与黏土矿物反应形成凝胶物质来加固土体。研究在不同固化剂掺量、水泥掺量及养护龄期条件下,BJ-G土壤固化剂对固化土无侧限抗压强度及耐水性能的影响,并结合XRD分析固化剂的固化性能。结果表明,随水泥、固化剂掺量的增加或养护龄期的延长,固化土的强度及耐水性均有所提高。水泥掺量为4%、固化剂掺量为0.02%、龄期为90 d的固化土,其无侧限抗压强度达4.8 MPa、吸水量降为1.1 g、水稳定系数达83%。

Study on curing performance of environmental-friendly BJ-G soil curing agent

    Abstract:Soil firming agent is a new functional material which can improve the engineering properties of soil. It can strengthen soil by directly binding the surface of soil particles or reacting with clay minerals to form gel. The effect of BJ-G soil stabilizer on unconfined compressive strength and water resistance of solidified soil was studied under different dosage of curing agent,cement and curing age,the curing properties of the curing agent were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show
that the strength and water resistance of solidified soil increase with the increase of cement content,curing agent content or curing time. The solidified soil with 4% cement,0.02% curing agent and 90 days of age has 4.8 MPa strength,1.1 g water absorption and 83% water stability coefficient.
