改性膨润土在喷涂石膏中的应用研究

    摘要:以脱硫石膏为主要原料制备喷涂石膏,研究了改性膨润土对喷涂石膏浆体流动性能及力学性能的影响,并通过SEM分析了喷涂石膏的微观结构。结果表明:膨润土的掺入可以改善喷涂石膏的黏聚性,提高石膏料浆的保水性。当其掺量为2%时,喷涂石膏抗折强度高于空白组,说明适量的膨润土可提高喷涂石膏的抗折强度,并且在掺入膨润土后喷涂石膏的凝结时间延长,说明膨润土在石膏体系中起到缓凝的作用,有利于喷涂石膏的施工操作。改性膨润土作用机理归因于膨润土的复合夹层结构以及较强的离子交换性。

Application of modified bentonite in spraying gypsum

    Abstract:In this paper,desulfurized gypsum is used as the main raw material to prepare sprayed gypsum,the effects of bentonite on the properties of sprayed gypsum fluidity and mechanical properties are researched,and the microstructure of sprayed gypsum was analyzed by SEM. The results show that the addition of bentonite can improve the cohesiveness of sprayed gypsum and increase the water retention performance of gypsum slurry. When its content is 2%,the flexural strength of sprayed gypsum is higher than that of the blank group,indicating that proper amount of bentonite can improve flexural strength of sprayed gypsum. After adding bentonite,the setting time of sprayed gypsum is prolonged,indicating that bentonite can retard hydration in the gypsum system,which is beneficial to construction operations. The mechanism is attributed to the composite sandwich structure of bentonite and its strong ion exchange properties.
