聚合物砂浆作为道路养护材料的应用研究

    摘要:优选聚氨酯树脂制备聚合物砂浆,并通过室内试验对聚合物砂浆进行优化,结果表明,胶砂比为1∶4.5时聚合物砂浆具有较好的施工性能;偶联剂掺量大于0.8%时可改善聚合物砂浆的性能;在室内标准条件下养护时间8 h左右聚合物砂浆性能接近最终强度,当温度为10 ℃和15 ℃时,聚合物砂浆的反应速度较慢,虽然24 h抗折强度相差不大,但抗压强度偏低较多,因此为达到最佳施工效果不建议环境温度低于15 ℃时施工,以免影响施工质量。采用优化的聚合物砂浆对重庆市某高速公路的路面坑洼及伸缩缝进行维修,运行近3年后效果良好,聚合物砂浆作为道路养护修补材料具有较好的路用效果。

Application of polymer mortar as a road maintenance material

    Abstract:Polyurethane resin is preferred to prepare polymer mortar,and the polymer mortar is optimized through laboratory tests. The result shows that the polymer mortar offset ratio of 1∶4.5 has good construction performance,adding about 0.8% of the coupling agent can improve the performance of polymer mortar,performance of polymer mortar after curing in the indoor standard conditions for about 8 h is close to the final strength. When the temperature is 10 ℃ and 15 ℃,the test shows that the polymer mortar reaction speed is slow,although the 24 h tensile strength is of not much difference,the compressive strength is lower. Accordingly,in order to achieve the best construction effect,it is not recommend to conducting construction when the environment temperature is below 15 ℃,which may affect the construction quality. The optimized polymer mortar was used to repair potholes and expansion joints of an expressway in Chongqing. After nearly 3 years of operation,the effect was good. It can be seen that polymer mortar as a road maintenance repair material has good paving effect.
