利用废玻璃制备泡沫玻璃的试验研究

    摘要:以废玻璃为原料,研究了改性剂、发泡剂对泡沫玻璃导热系数、抗压强度、闭孔率的影响。结果表明,氧化铝作为改性剂对抗压强度有正面影响,但是会对导热系数和闭孔率产生负面影响;氧化硼作为改性剂对于抗压强度、导热系数、闭孔率都有正面影响;进口气相法炭黑作为发泡剂相对于S6色素炭黑,对抗压强度、导热系数、闭孔率都有正面影响。以废玻璃为基料,发泡温度为950 ℃,改性剂氧化硼掺量为3%、发泡剂进口气相法炭黑掺量为0.3%,作为最优配方。

Orthogonal experiment on the preparation of foamed glass from waste glass

    Abstract:Using waste glass as raw material,the effect of modifier and foaming agent on the thermal conductivity,compressive strength and obturator ratio of the foamed concrete was studied. Results show that alumina as a modifier has a positive effect on compressive strength,but has a negative effect on thermal conductivity and obturator ratio. As a modifier,boron oxide has positive effects on compressive strength,thermal conductivity and obturator ratio. Compared with S6 pigment carbon black,imported gas phase carbon black as foaming agent has positive effects on compressive strength,thermal conductivity and obturator ratio. The optimal formula is using waste glass as the base material,the foaming temperature is 950 ℃,the modifier boron oxide content is 3%,and the foaming agent imported gas phase carbon black content is 0.3%.
