EPS掺量对混凝土力学和保温隔热性能的影响研究

    摘要:设计了不同EPS体积掺量的混凝土,通过测试抗压、抗折强度及导热系数等评价其力学和保温隔热性能。结果表明,EPS掺量对混凝土的力学性能有较大的削弱作用,当EPS体积掺量为30%时,其抗折强度比对照组下降了47.0%。通过建立建筑模型,模拟在实际使用状态下不同EPS掺量混凝土对室内温度的调节情况。模型测试结果显示,EPS掺量增加能减缓室内温度的上升速率,也能加大模型外表面温度和室内温度的差值,提供较好的保温隔热性能。

Study on the influence of EPS content on the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of concrete

    Abstract:The concrete with different EPS content is designed,and its mechanical and thermal insulation properties are evaluated by testing the compressive strength,flexural strength and thermal conductivity. The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete are greatly weakened by the content of EPS. When the content of EPS is 30%,the flexural strength of concrete is 47.0% lower than that of the control group. In addition,this paper establishes a real building model to simulate the regulation of EPS content on indoor temperature in actual use. The results of the model test show that the increase of EPS content can slow the rise rate of indoor temperature,increase the difference between the outer surface temperature and the indoor temperature of the model,and provide better thermal insulation performance.
