褐铁矿制备水泥的试验研究

    摘要:褐铁矿资源丰富,但利用率极低,以褐铁矿作为铁质校正原料,通过改变石灰饱和系数、硅率和铝率对水泥配料成分进行控制,尝试制备水泥,以实现褐铁矿资源化利用的目的。基于室内抗压、抗折强度试验及岩相分析可知,褐铁矿制备水泥的最佳组合配比为:石灰饱和系数0.92,硅率2.55,铝率1.45;其中,褐铁矿掺量为1.72%,得到熟料样品游离氧化钙含量为0.95%,液相量为28.34%,3、28 d抗折强度分别为6.0、8.4 MPa,3、28 d抗压强度分别为30.1、59.5 MPa。

Experimental study on preparation of cement by limonite

    Abstract:Limonite resources is rich,but the utilization rate is very low. In this paper,limonite is used as the raw material for iron correction,and the cement ingredients are controlled by changing the lime saturation coefficient,silicon rate and aluminum rate,in an attempt to prepare a cement,so as to realize the purpose of resource utilization of limonite. Based on a series of laboratory tests on compressive and flexural strength and petrographic analysis,it was concluded that the optimal combination ratio of cement prepared by limonite was:lime saturation coefficient 0.92,silicon ratio 2.55 and aluminum ratio 1.45. The content of limonite was 1.72%,the free calcium oxide of clinker samples was 0.95%,the liquid content was 28.34%,the 3 d flexural strength was 6.0 MPa,the 28 d flexural strength was 8.4 MPa,the 3 d compressive strength was 30.1 MPa,and the 28 d compressive strength was 59.5 MPa.
