温拌橡胶沥青流变特性和微观机理研究

    摘要:通过布氏黏度和动态剪切流变试验测试分析了温拌剂掺量对橡胶沥青的黏度和动态黏弹性等高温流变性能的影响;通过凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱和原子力显微镜分析了温拌橡胶沥青的分子质量分布、表面微观形貌和分子结构等表征沥青微观特性的参数,以对其微观机理进行探究。结果表明:随着温拌剂掺量的增加,橡胶沥青的黏度逐渐下降,黏弹性和高温性能出现不同程度的降低,同时温拌橡胶沥青的化学组成和微观结构发生了显著变化。相同试验温度下,温拌剂掺量越大,橡胶沥青的动态黏弹性下降越明显;试验温度越高,温拌剂掺量对橡胶沥青的动态黏弹性影响越小。橡胶沥青的大粒径分子(LMS)含量、表面粗糙度与其高温性能和黏弹性存在良好的相关性。

Study on rheological properties and microscopic mechanism of warm mix rubber asphalt

    Abstract:The effect of warming agent on the high temperature rheological performance of rubber asphalt such as viscosity and dynamic viscoelasticity were studied by Brookfield viscosity and dynamic shear rheological tests. To explore the microscopic mechanism of asphalt,the gel permeation chromatography test,infrared spectroscopy test and atomic force microscopy were used to analyze the changes of the molecular weight distribution,internal molecular structure and surface micro-morphology of the rubber asphalt by the warming agent. The results show that the viscosity of rubber asphalt gradually decreases with the increase of the amount of warming agent,and the viscoelasticity and high temperature rheological decrease at different degree. At the same test temperature,the higher the amount of warm mix,the more obvious the dynamic viscoelastic drop of rubber asphalt,and the higher the test temperature,the smaller the influence of warm mix on the dynamic viscoelasticity of rubber asphalt. The LMS content and surface roughness of rubber asphalt has a good correlation with its high temperature rheological performance and viscoelasticity.
