利用垃圾废料制备透水混凝土试验研究

    摘要:首先利用碱激发剂激发大掺量粉煤灰的活性,确定激发大掺量粉煤灰(40%)活性的Na2SiO3和Ca(OH)2的掺量;然后将废弃混凝土破碎,作为粗骨料取代部分天然碎石,以大掺量粉煤灰作为胶凝材料配制透水混凝土。结果表明:激发大掺量粉煤灰(40%)活性的单掺Na2SiO3最佳掺量为4%、单掺Ca(OH)2最佳掺量为2.5%;复掺最佳掺量为4%Na2SiO3+2.5%Ca(OH)2。再生粗骨料取代碎石的最佳取代率为20%。制备的透水混凝土坍落度为24 mm,28 d抗压强度为31.34 MPa,透水系数为2.29 mm/s,连续孔隙率达到14.4%。

Experimental research on the development of permeable concrete by using solid waste

    Abstract:Firstly,the activity of the large amount of fly ash is excited by the alkali activator,and the amount of Na2SiO3 and Ca(OH)2 which activates the activity of the large amount(40%) of fly ash is determined;then the waste concrete is broken and used as the coarse aggregate instead of a part of natural gravel,a high volume of fly ash is used as a cementing material to prepare permeable concrete. The experimental results show that the optimal blending amount of single-doped Na2SiO3 with high activity(40%) fly ash is 4%,and the optimum content of single-doped Ca(OH)2 is 2.5%;The optimum dosage of the composite Na2SiO3+Ca(OH)2 is 4%+2.5%. The optimum substitution rate of recycled aggregate in place of crushed stone is 20%. The prepared permeable concrete slump is 24 mm,the 28 d compressive strength is 31.34 MPa,the water permeability coefficient is 2.29 mm/s,and the continuous porosity is 14.4%.
