云母粉对水泥砂浆流变性能的影响

    摘要:采用水泥砂浆流变仪、有机碳测定仪、电子显微镜等测试了含云母粉的水泥砂浆流动性、流变参数、云母粉对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附以及云母粉的颗粒形貌,研究了云母粉对水泥砂浆流动性的影响。结果表明:含云母粉的水泥砂浆流动性降低、黏度增加、触变性增大;云母粉对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附不及水泥,不是造成水泥砂浆流动性问题的主要原因,而云母粉颗粒扁平状形貌才是造成水泥砂浆流动性问题的关键因素。

Influence of mica fine on rheology of cement mortar

    Abstract:The cement mortar rheometer,organic carbon analyzer,electron microscope were used to test the fluidity,rheological parameters,adsorption of mica fine to the polycarboxylicate superplasticizer and the particle morphology of mica fine. The effect of mica fine on the fluidity of cement mortar was discussed. The results show that the mica fine contained cement mortar has low fluidity,high viscosity,and bigger thixotropy. The adsorption of mica fine to the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is not as good as cement,which is not the main reason causing the fluidity problem of cement mortar. Flat morphology of the mica fine is the key factor causing the fluidity of cement mortar.
