高强套筒灌浆料的制备及性能研究

    摘要:研究了水胶比、胶砂比、矿物掺合料及纳米材料对高强套筒灌浆料性能的影响。结果表明,随着水胶比的减小、胶砂比增大,高强套筒灌浆的初始及30 min流动度降低,各龄期抗压强度提高;氧化石墨烯对套筒灌浆料的流动性影响最小,抗压强度提高最明显。高强套筒灌浆料的优化配合比为:胶凝材料由85%水泥+2%石膏+3%粉煤灰+5%精细沉珠+5%硅灰组成,水胶比为0.08,胶砂比为1.86,聚羧酸减水剂、HPMC、硼酸掺量分别为胶凝材料质量的0.55%、0.12%、0.10%,氧化石墨烯掺量为0.3%。此时制备的高强套筒灌浆料的56 d抗压强度达到141.62 MPa。

Study on the preparation and performance of high strength sleeve grouting material

    Abstract:The effects of water-binder ratio,mortar-sand ratio,mineral admixtures and nano-materials on the properties of high-strength sleeve grouting material were studied. The results show that as the water-binder ratio decreases and the mortar-sand ratio increases,the initial and 30-minute fluidity of the high-strength sleeve grouting material decrease,and the compressive strength of each age increases;the effect of graphene oxide to the fluidity of sleeve grouting material is the smallest,and the compressive strength is the most obvious. The optimized mix ratio of the high-strength sleeve grouting material is:the cementing material is composed of 85% cement +2% gypsum+3% fly ash +5% fine sinking beads +5% silica fume, the water-binder ratio is 0.08,and the mortar ratio is 1.86,the dosage of polycarboxylate water-reducing agent,HPMC,boric acid is 0.55%,0.12%,0.10% of the mass of the cementing material,and the graphene oxide dosage is 0.3%. At this time,the 56-day compressive strength of the prepared high-strength sleeve grouting material reached 141.62 MPa.
