造纸白泥掺量对烧结页岩砖石灰爆裂性能的影响

    摘要:造纸白泥的主要化学成分为CaO,CaO含量是影响砖体石灰爆裂性能的因素之一。以页岩为主要原料,将造纸白泥以不同掺量(0%、10%、15%、20%)加入后,经焙烧制得页岩砖。结果表明,造纸白泥掺量控制在10%内时,所制备的页岩砖抗压强度符合GB/T 5101—2017《烧结普通砖》要求,并且有效减少了砖体石灰爆裂现象的发生。

Effect of paper-making white mud content on lime explosion properties of sintered shale bricks

    Abstract:The main chemical composition of paper-making white mud is CaO,which is one of the reasons that affect the bursting performance of brick lime. In this study,shale was used as the main raw material,and the shale brick obtained by calcination was added after different amounts of paper-making white mud (0,10%,15%,20%). The results show that when the content of papermaking white mud is controlled within 10%,it can meet the national standard "Sintered Ordinary Bricks"(GB/T 5101—2017),and effectively reduce the occurrence of brick body lime burst.
