碳化养护制备高强钢渣砖的研究

    摘要:以水泥、钢渣、标准砂为原材料,通过碳化养护制备钢渣砖。研究了钢渣掺量、水灰比、碳化强度和碳化时间对钢渣砖抗折、抗压强度的影响,并利用XRD和SEM对钢渣砖的矿物组成和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:随着钢渣掺量的增加,钢渣砖的力学性能先提高后降低,钢渣掺量为40%时,钢渣砖的力学性能最佳,7 d抗折、抗压强度分别为6.9、47.7 MPa;钢渣砖的力学性能随着水灰比的升高而降低,水灰比为0.5时,钢渣砖的抗折和抗压强度最高;碳化压强为3 MPa、碳化时间为3 h时钢渣砖力学性能最好。

Study on the preparation of high strength steel slag brick by carbonation curing

    Abstract:Cement,steel slag and standard sand are used as raw materials,and steel slag bricks are produced through carbonation curing. The effects of steel slag content,water-cement ratio,carbonization pressure and carbonization time on the flexural strength and compressive strength of steel slag bricks were studied. The mineral composition and microstructure of steel slag bricks were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the mechanical properties of steel slag bricks increase first and then decrease with the increase of steel slag content. When the steel slag content is 40%,the mechanical properties of steel slag bricks are the best. The 7 d flexural strength is 6.9 MPa,and the compressive strength is 47.7 MPa. The mechanical properties of steel slag bricks decrease with the increase of water-cement ratio. When the water-cement ratio is 0.5,the flexural and compressive strength of steel slag bricks are the highest,the mechanical properties of steel slag bricks with carbonization pressure of 3 MPa and carbonization time of 3 h are the best.
