网织增强岩棉板制备合成及其性能研究

    摘要:采用玄武岩纤维有捻纱将网布包覆岩棉板整体合成制备一种新型网织增强岩棉板,研究了网织增强岩棉板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统的耐候性、耐冻融性和抗冲击性等。研究结果表明,与同密度等级的普通岩棉板相比,网织增强岩棉板可大幅提高其垂直于板面方向的抗拉强度;具有良好的透湿性能;与基层墙体采用粘结为主锚栓锚固为辅的固定方式可节约锚栓用量。应用于薄抹灰外墙外保温系统具有较好的耐候性、耐冻融性和抗冲击性,为现阶段建筑外墙保温工程合理采用岩棉技术提供了可行性探索研究。

Research on synthesis preparation and main properties of mesh-stitched enhanced rock wool  composite thermal insulation board

    Abstract:A new mesh-stitched enhanced rock wool composite thermal insulation board was synthesized by the way of basalt fiber twist yarn and netting covered rock wool board. The weather resistance,freeze-thaw resistance,and impact resistance of the externally-insulated external wall insulation system with mesh-reinforced rock wool board were studied. The results show that,mesh-stitched enhanced rock wool composite thermal insulation board can greatly improve its tensile strength index perpendicular to the plane direction,and has good moisture permeability,compared with the ordinary rock wool board of the same density grade. It can save the amount of anchor bolts by using the fixed method of bonding as the main method and anchoring as the supplement to the basement wall. When applied to the thin plastering exterior wall thermal insulation system,it has good weatherability,freeze-thaw resistance and impact resistance and provides a feasibility exploration for the use of rock wool technology in the exterior wall thermal insulation project at present stage.
