聚合物改性混凝土抗压性能的温度敏感性研究

    摘要:聚合物改性混凝土(PMC)因其具有较高的变形性能而被用于结构的延性设计和施工中,但其聚合物的物理性能受环境温度影响较大。研究了掺入不同比例聚丙烯酸酯乳液PMC抗压强度与环境温度的关系。试验证明PMC弹性模量、轴心抗压强度和峰值应变存在温度敏感性,并且聚灰比越大温度敏感性越高,并推导出了PMC轴心抗压强度与损伤的函数关系,为PMC在寒冷或炎热地区的设计和施工提供参考。

Study on temperature sensitivity of compressive properties of polymer modified concrete

    Abstract:Polymer Modified Concrete(PMC) is widely used in ductility design and construction of structures due to its high deformation property,but its physical performance is quite susceptible to enviromental temperature. In this research,the relationship between compressive property and environmental temperature was investigated when the polyacrylate emulsion proportion of PMC was changed. The results show that the elastic modulus,axial compressive strength and peak strain of PMC have temperature sensitivity exactly. And the temperature sensitivity increases with the increase of polymer-cement ratio. In addition,the function is derived to show the relationship between axial compressive strength and damage of PMC. The model is expected to supply references to the design and construction of PMC in cold or hot areas.
