水化硅酸钙早强剂的制备及其混凝土性能研究

摘要:水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)是水泥水化的最主要产物,也是混凝土最主要的强度来源。采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了水化硅酸钙早强剂,并进行了测试分析。结果表明,在25 ℃时,通过高速搅拌,以及在特定的分散剂溶液作用下,制备的水化硅酸钙早强剂的粒径最小,分散性最好,将其掺入水泥后,可大大降低其成核能垒,促进水泥水化,显著缩短水泥凝结时间,提高其早期强度。

Preparation of hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent and stuty on the properties of concrete

Abstract:Calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H) is the most important hydration product of cement hydration and the most critical source of strength for concrete. In this paper,hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent was synthesized by sol-gel method,and a series of tests were carried out. The results show that the hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent prepared by high-speed stirring and under the action of specific dispersant solution has the smallest particle size and the best dispersion at 25 ℃. After being blended into cement,it can greatly reduce its nucleation energy barrier,promote cement hydration,significantly shorten the cement setting time and improve early strength of concrete.
