粉煤灰-矿渣基地聚合物胶砂性能研究

    摘要:通过正交试验研究了粉煤灰与矿粉质量比(粉矿比)、水玻璃模数、水胶比3个因素对粉煤灰-矿粉基地聚合物胶砂性能的影响规律,并对样品的微观性能进行测试。结果表明:水胶比为最显著影响因素,粉矿比为显著影响因素,水玻璃模数的影响最小,当粉矿比为3∶7,水玻璃模数为1.6,水胶比为0.35时,地聚合物胶砂的28 d抗折和28 d抗压强度最高,分别为7.8、57.2 MPa。

Research on the performance of ash-slag based geopolymer mortar

    Abstract:The effects of the ratio of fly ash to slag,water glass modulus and water-binder ratio on the properties of geopolymer mortar in fly ash-slag based geopolymer were studied by orthogonal test,and the microscopic properties of the samples were tested. The results show that the water-to-binder ratio is the most significant factor,and the ratio of fly ash to slag is a significant factor,the influence of the modulus of water glass is the smallest. When the ratio of fly ash to slag is 3∶7,the modulus of water glass is 1.6,and the ratio of water to rubber is 0.35,the 28 d flexural strength and 28 d compressive strength of the geopolymer mortar are 7.8 MPa and 57.2 MPa,respectively.
