MF保温免拆模板-混凝土复合墙体的 隔热性能研究

    摘要:以矿渣棉为原料制成的MF(矿棉)保温免拆模板,兼顾免拆模板与保温板的特点,节省施工、人力成本,具有较好的保温隔热性能。针对MF保温免拆模板-混凝土复合墙体及其他几种常用的保温墙体,分别计算墙体的传热系数、热惰性指标等热工性能指标,并结合GB 50176—2016《民用建筑热工设计规范》对几种墙体进行热工性能对比;利用Fluent16.0,对7种墙体进行常温下的二维瞬态传热分析,观察内墙表面温度变化,通过对墙体衰减倍数、延迟时间的对比来对MF保温免拆模板墙体的保温隔热性能作进一步的评价。模拟结果表明:MF保温免拆模板复合墙体的衰减倍数、延迟时间均大于其余6种墙体,具有优异的隔热性能。

Study on thermal insulation performance of MF thermal insulation non-dismantling template-concrete composite wall

    Abstract:This paper introduces the MF thermal insulation non-dismantling template wallboard which is made from slag cotton. It has the characteristics of non-dismantling template and the insulation board. The construction and manpower cost is saved,and the surrounding insulation performance is better. The performance parameters of the researched wallboard and several other commonly used thermal insulation walls,such as heat transfer coefficient and thermal inertia,were compared with the help of standard GB 50176-2016 "Code for Civil Engineering Thermal Design". The Fluent 16.0 is used to analyze the two-dimensional transient heat transfer of the wall at room temperature. The thermal insulation performance of the MF non-dismantling template composite wall is further evaluated by comparing the attenuation multiple and the delay time of these walls. The results show that the attenuation multiple and delay time of the MF thermal insulation wallboard composite wall are larger than those of the other walls,which shows excellent thermal insulation performance of the composite wall.
