砖混类再生水稳材料抗裂性能分析

    摘要:我国在基础建设过程中产生了大量的建筑废料,对砖混类建筑废料进行研究,将其作为道路基层、底基层水泥稳定材料,进行了带有切缝的半圆弯曲(SCB)抗裂实验,采用应力强度因子和J积分方法分析不同水泥掺量时试件的抗裂性能,并结合Abaqus有限元数值模拟,研究不同切缝深度对试验结果的影响。结果表明,增加水泥掺量可以提高材料的抗裂强度,同时随着缺口深度的增加,结果的离散性越大,适宜的切缝深度为15~35 mm。

Analysis on fracture resistance of cement stabilized materials using recycled brick and concrete aggregate

    Abstract:In the process of infrastructure construction in China,a large amount of construction waste is produced. In this paper,the research of brick and concrete construction waste is carried out,which was used as cement stabilizing material for road base and subbase,and semi-circular bending(SCB) crack resistance experiment with cutting seams was conducted. Using stress intensity factor and J integral method to analyze the fracture resistance of specimens with different cement content,combined with Abaqus finite element numerical simulation,to study the influence of different cutting depth on the test results. It can be seen from the analysis results that the increase of cement content can improve the crack strength of the material. Meanwhile,with the increase of notch depth,the dispersion of the results is greater,and the appropriate slit depth is 15~35 mm.
