透水混凝土抗堵塞性能研究

    摘要:采用自制变水头试验装置测试混凝土的透水系数,分析了空隙率与透水系数的关系。通过设计堵塞试验,研究了不同粒径堵塞物对混凝土堵塞的影响规律及具有黏性的黄泥对混凝土的堵塞进程。结果表明:空隙率与透水系数间存在高度的线性关系;当面临同样尺寸的堵塞物时,不同空隙率混凝土的抗堵塞能力存在差异,15%空隙率混凝土的堵塞物敏感粒径为0.15~0.3 mm、0.3~0.6 mm,20%、25%空隙率混凝土的堵塞物敏感粒径为0.3~0.6 mm、0.6~1.18 mm;全级配砂砾对不同空隙率的混凝土堵塞都较严重,黄泥等具有黏性的堵塞物会导致透水混凝土的快速堵塞。

Study on anti-clogging performance of permeable concrete

    Abstract:The permeability coefficient of concrete was tested by self-made falling water test device,and the relationship between porosity and permeability coefficient was analyzed. Based on the design of plugging test,the influence of different particle size blockers on concrete plugging and the plugging process of yellow mud that is sticky on concrete were studied. The results demonstrate that there is a high linear relationship between the porosity and the permeability coefficient;when facing the same size of blocker,the anti-clogging ability of concrete with different voids is different,the size of blockage sensitive particle of concrete with 15% porosity is 0.15~0.3 mm and 0.3~0.6 mm,while that of concrete with 20% and 25% porosity is 0.3~0.6 mm and 0.6~1.18 mm;the concrete with different voids was blocked seriously by graded gravel,the sticky blocker such as yellow mud would lead to the rapid plugging of permeable concrete.
