基于指标控制的寒冷地区既有居住建筑超低能耗改造技术研究

    摘要:将既有居住建筑与超低能耗改造进行创新性应用,探索新的改造模式,通过对气密性控制指标、地面改造优化技术、楼梯间隔墙改造技术、室外地坪保温下延技术等进行优化,建立适用于寒冷地区既有居住建筑超低能耗改造技术指标,对河北省建筑科学研究院2#、3#住宅楼进行示范项目改造应用,并进行长期能耗监测,验证技术指标的可实施性。

    Abstract:This article makes innovative applications of existing residential buildings and ultra-low energy renovation,and explores new renovation models,through optimization of air tightness control indicators,ground renovation optimization technology,stair partition wall reconstruction technology,outdoor floor insulation down extension technology,etc. Build technical indicators for ultra-low energy consumption reconstruction of existing residential buildings in cold areas,and use energy-saving monitoring of residential buildings 2# and 3# of Hebei Academy of Building Research to verify the feasibility of technical indicators.
