三元轻集料地面砂浆配制与性能研究

    摘要:采用陶砂、膨胀玻化微珠和空心微珠为轻集料配制三元轻集料地面砂浆并进行性能测试。结果表明:空心微珠掺量、水泥用量和体积砂率均对砂浆性能有较大影响,当空心微珠掺量为15%、水泥用量为450 kg/m3、体积砂率为0.53时,配制的三元轻集料地面砂浆干密度为1036 kg/m3,28 d抗压强度为18.6 MPa,导热系数为0.22 W/(m·K)。

Study on preparation and performance of flooring mortar with ternary lightweight aggregates

    Abstract:Ternary lightweight aggregates flooring mortar is prepared by using ceramsite sand,expanded and vitrified beads and cenosphere powders as lightweight aggregates. Also,its performance test is carried out. The results show that the content of cenosphere powders and cement,and the volume sand ratio have great influence on the performance of mortar. When the content of cenosphere powders is 15%,the content of cement is 450 kg/m3 and the volume sand ratio is 0.53,the dry density,the 28 d compressive strength and the thermal conductivity of the prepared flooring mortar with ternary lightweight aggregates is 1036 kg/m3,18.6 MPa and 0.22 W/(m·K),respectively.
