外饰面材料太阳光反射比对外墙表面温度的影响

    摘要:以徽州传统民居为研究对象,建立建筑围护结构外表面传热模型,得出影响建筑外墙表面温度的最主要因素为太阳光反射比和太阳辐照强度。静态分析中,建筑外墙表面温度与热流均随着反射比变化呈现反向线性关系。动态分析中,在建筑4个朝向中,太阳辐射对西面墙的影响最大;当使用反射比由0.5的浅色饰面砖上升到0.85的反射隔热涂料时,西外墙表面温度峰值降低5.52 ℃,热流峰值降低16.2 W/m2,整个夏季单位面积空调能耗降低39.66%。

Influence of solar reflectance of exterior finishing materials on exterior wall surface temperature

    Abstract:Taking Huizhou traditional dwellings as the research object,the heat transfer model of the outer surface of building envelope is established,and it is concluded that the most important factors affecting the outer wall surface temperature are reflectivity and solar radiation intensity. In static analysis,the surface temperature and heat flow of building exterior walls are inversely linear with the change of reflectivity. In dynamic analysis,solar radiation has the greatest influence on the west wall among the four building orientations. When heat insulation coatings with high reflectivity and light-colored facing bricks with low reflectivity are used in buildings,the peak surface temperature and heat flux of the west exterior wall decrease by 5.52 ℃ and 16.2 W/m2,and the energy consumption of air conditioning per unit area decreases by 39.66% in summer.
