一种常温工艺高性能聚羧酸减水剂的合成与应用研究

摘要:以乙烯基乙二醇醚聚氧乙烯醚(EPEG-3000)、丙烯酸、功能单体作为主要原材料,巯基丙酸(MPA)为链转移剂,经氧化还原体系引发剂引发,常温条件下(8~20 ℃)合成了一种既有较高减水率又对机制砂混凝土有较好适应性的聚羧酸减水剂。最佳合成工艺为:初始反应温度10~20 ℃,n(BA)∶n(AA)∶n(EPEG)=0.7∶3.8∶1.0,MPA掺量为EPEG质量的0.45%。按此工艺合成的聚羧酸减水剂PCA-850在相同掺量下比低温工艺条件下合成的减水剂PCA-810具有更好的坍落度保持性及和易性,且操作温度范围更宽,生产操作性强。

Study on synthesis and application of a high performance plycarboxylate superplasticizer with
room temperature process

Abstract:A polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high water-reducing rate and good adaptability to machine-made sand concrete was synthesized at normal temperature(8~20 ℃) initiated by redox system initiator using ethylene glycol ether polyoxyethylene ether(EPEG-3000),acrylic acid and functional monomers as main raw materials,mercaptopropionic acid(MPA) as chain transfer agent. The optimum synthesis process is as follows:initial reaction temperature 10~20 ℃,n(BA)∶n(AA)∶n(EPEG)=0.7∶3.8∶1.0,and the content of MPA is 0.45% of the mass of EPEG. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer PCA-850 synthesized by this process has better slump retention and workability than the water-reducing agent PCA-810 synthesized under low temperature process conditions at the same dosage,and has wider operating temperature range and strong production operability.
