热老化对防水卷材接缝剥离强度的影响研究

    摘要:防水卷材搭接质量是影响卷材防水效果的重要因素之一, 搭接质量受加热处理方式、人工操作因素影响较大,在相同的人工操作条件下,采用不同的热老化方式,对6种改性沥青类防水卷材和5种高分子类防水卷材进行了接缝剥离强度试验,研究热处理对防水卷材搭接质量的影响。研究表明,先搭接后热老化的接缝搭接质量最好,先卷材老化处理后搭接的接缝搭接质量最差。同时,由于搭接方法为人工操作,会因为加热烘烤温度、搭接面粘结情况和粘结搭接面积等因素而受到影响。

The effect of waterproofing material on the seam peel strength after thermal aging

    Abstract:One of the important factors affecting the waterproof effect of coiled materials is its overlap quality,which is greatly affected by the heat treatment method and manual operation. Under the same manual operation conditions,6 kinds of modified asphalt waterproofing materials and 5 kinds of polymer waterproofing material are tested on the seam peel strength after different thermal aging methods,and the influences of heat treatment on the overlap quality of waterproof coiled materials was studied. The studies show that the overlapping quality is the best by thermal aging after overlapping,and the overlapping quality is the worst by overlapping after thermal aging. At the same time,as the lapping method is manually operated,it will be affected by factors such as heating and baking temperature,bonding condition of lapping surface and bonding area.
