    摘要:为快速、高效解决钢渣安定性不良的问题,研究不同介质环境对微生物矿化钢渣安定性和抗压强度的影响,并分析其影响机制。结果表明:不同介质对微生物矿化钢渣中的f-CaO处置效果不同,以菌液+尿素+乙酸为介质时,对钢渣的安定性处置效果最好,f-CaO含量为2.82%;不同介质对钢渣的固结效果不同,以菌液+尿素+CaCl2为介质时,固结钢渣的抗压强度最高,为2.9 MPa;不同介质对钢渣中CaCO3的生成量和内部微观结构的影响不同,以菌液+尿素+CaCl2为介质时,试样中CaCO3脱水质量损失率为5.802%,CaCO3的生成量最高,微观结构最密实。

Study on the effect of different media on the stability of microbiological mineralized steel slag

    Abstract:In order to quickly and efficiently solve the problem of poor stability of steel slag,the effects of different medium environments on the stability and compressive strength of microbial mineralized steel slag were studied in this paper. The influence mechanism was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction analyzer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that:different media have different disposal effects on f-CaO in microbial mineralized steel slag. When the medium (bacterial solution,urea and acetic acid) is used,the stability of steel slag is the best,and the content of f-CaO is 2.82%. Different media have different consolidation effects on steel slag. The compressive strength of steel slag consolidated with(bacterial solution,urea and CaCl2) is the highest,which is 2.9 MPa. Different media have different effects on the formation amount and internal microstructure of CaCO3 in steel slag. When using(bacterial solution,urea and CaCl2) as the medium,the dehydration mass loss rate of CaCO3 in the sample is 5.802%,the formation amount of CaCO3 is the highest and the microstructure is the most dense.
