纳米纤维素晶体对水泥基复合材料性能的影响研究

    摘要:研究了纳米纤维素晶体(CNCs)对水泥净浆流变性和水化热的影响规律,并探讨了水胶比分别为0.3、0.4、0.5时,CNCs对水泥基复合材料强度的影响,进行了微观结构分析。结果表明:CNCs的加入会延缓水泥基复合材料的早期水化,促进后期水化;CNCs可以增大水泥浆体的剪切应力和塑性黏度,且随着CNCs掺量的增加而变大;掺加CNCs可显著提高水泥砂浆的力学性能,当水胶比为0.5、CNCs掺量为0.2%时,水泥砂浆的标养28 d抗折、抗压强度较未掺CNCs的分别提高了25.4%、18.8%;CNCs改善了水泥基材料内部的微观结构,减少了其内部孔洞、裂缝等缺陷。

Effect of cellulose nanocrystals on properties of cement matrix composite

    Abstract:The influence law of nano cellulose crystals(CNCs) on the rheological properties and hydration heat of cement paste was explored,and the influence law of CNCs on the strength of cement-based composites when the water binder ratio was 0.3,0.4 and 0.5 respectively was discussed,and microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the addition of CNCs will delay the early hydration and promote the later hydration. It is found that CNCs can increase the yield stress and plastic viscosity of cement paste,and increase with the increase of the content of CNCs; Adding CNCs can significantly improve the mechanical properties of cement mortar. When the water binder ratio is 0.5 and the content of CNCs is 0.2%,the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar are increased by 25.4% and 18.8% respectively. CNCs improve the internal microstructure of cement-based materials and reduce their internal defects such as holes and cracks.
