聚羧酸减水剂对β-半水磷石膏性能的影响

    摘要:研究了4种减水剂对β-半水磷石膏流动度的影响,并进一步分析了不同掺量聚羧酸减水剂PS-L对β-半水磷石膏流动度、凝结时间、标准稠度用水量及力学性能的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、全自动压汞仪(MIP)分析了磷石膏的晶体形貌、孔隙率及孔径分布。结果表明,PS-L可有效增大β-半水磷石膏的流动度,延长凝结时间。当PS-L掺量为0.5%时,标准稠度用水量降低至49%,抗压、抗折强度分别为14.8、3.85 MPa,比空白样分别提高了62.6%、57.1%。PS-L使得粗大的板状晶型减少,晶体间搭接更紧密。当PS-L掺量为0.3%,孔隙率和中值孔径分别为51.6%和1065.3 nm,与空白样相比分别降低了12.17%、27.50%。β-半水磷石膏颗粒越细,在0.1%~0.5%范围内,聚羧酸减水剂PS-L掺量越高,硬化体的力学性能越好。

Effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the properties of β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum

    Abstract:The effects of four kinds of water reducing agents on the fluidity of β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum were investigated,and the effects of different doses of polycarboxylate superplasticizer PS-L on the fluidity,setting time,water consumption of standard consistency and mechanical properties of β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum were further analyzed. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and automatic mercury porosimetry(MIP) were used to analyze the crystal morphology,porosity and pore size distribution of phosphogypsum. The results showed that PS-L can effectively improve fluidity of β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum,and extend setting time of phosphogypsum. When PS-L was dosed at 0.5%,the water consumption of standard consistency was reduced to 49%,and the compressive strength and flexural strength were 14.8 MPa and 3.85 MPa,which were increased by 62.6% and 57.1% compared with the blank control,respectively. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer PS-L makes the plate crystalline shape reduced and the lap between crystals tighter. When PS-L was dosed at 0.3%,the porosity and median pore size were 51.6% and 1065.3 nm,respectively,which were reduced by 12.17% and 27.50% compared with the blank control. The finer β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum particles,the higher the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer PS-L,the better the hardened phosphogypsum physical properties.
