新型改性水泥-水玻璃复合注浆材料加固砂卵石地层研究

    摘要:为保证砂卵石地层超浅埋暗挖下穿某城市快速路施工安全,通过试验自主研发改性水泥-水玻璃注浆材料,选择合适的浆液进行预加固,并添加缓凝剂和硫酸铜改善水泥-水玻璃注浆材料的性能。结果表明,缓凝剂的添加使得凝胶时间可控;硫酸铜的添加改善了结石体与混凝土或岩体界面的状况,使得抗压强度显著提高;钢渣微粉的添加提高结石体的致密性,抗渗性能提高。现场施工表明,自主研发的改性水泥-水玻璃注浆材料对砂卵石地层超浅埋暗挖施工效果良好,保证了施工的安全。

Study on sand gravel stratum reinforcement with new modified cement water glass composite grouting material

    Abstract:In order to ensure the construction safety of super shallow buried and concealed excavation in sandy pebble stratum under an urban expressway,the modified cement water glass grouting material is independently developed and the appropriate slurry is selected for pre reinforcement. The performance of cement water glass grouting material was improved by adding retarder and copper sulfate. The results showed that the addition of retarder made the gel time controllable,the addition of copper sulfate improves the interface between the stone body and concrete or rock mass,making the compressive strength significantly increased. The addition of steel slag powder improves the compactness and impermeability of the stone body. The field construction results show that the self-developed modified cement water glass grouting material has a good effect on the construction of ultra shallow buried and concealed excavation in sandy pebble stratum and ensures the safety of construction.
