富水砂层盾构高性能同步注浆材料组成设计优化

    摘要:研制了一种适用于富水砂层的高性能注浆材料,分析了水胶比、胶砂比对浆液性能的影响,并检验了高性能注浆材料的工程适用性。结果表明:水胶比为0.45、胶砂比为0.6的浆液具有强度高、易泵送、泌水率小、结石率高、抗水分散性较好等特点,使用该配比浆液的施工段沉降值与普通施工段相比减小了10 mm以上;随着水胶比和胶砂比的增大,注浆材料的湿表观密度逐渐减小;而水胶比增大能增大浆体的稠度,但其稠度更容易损失;随着胶砂比增大,注浆材料的稠度增大,且凝结时间呈逐渐延长的趋势;注浆材料的抗压强度随胶砂比的增大而逐渐提高。

Design optimization of high-performance grouting material composition for tunnel shielding in water-rich sand stratum

    Abstract:A kind of high performance grouting material suitable for the water-rich sand layer has been successfully developed,the effect of water-binder ratio,sand-binder ratio on grout performance was analyzed. and its engineering applicability has been tested. The results show that the ratio with a water-binder ratio of 0.45 and sand-binder ratio of 0.6 has the characteristics of high strength,easy pumping,low bleeding rate,high seed setting rate and good water resistance dispersion etc. Settlement value of the construction section using this ratio of slurry is reduced by more than 10 mm compared with the ordinary construction section. With the increase of water binder ratio and cement sand ratio,the wet apparent density of grouting materials decreases. The increase of water binder ratio can increase the consistency of slurry,but its consistency is easier to lose. With the increase of cement sand ratio,the consistency of grouting material increases,and the setting time first increases. The setting time of grouting material reaches the maximum,and the compressive strength of grouting material gradually increases with the increase of cement sand ratio.
