溶洞填充用流态填筑料的配制试验研究

    摘要:为防止盾构穿越地层掘进遇到溶洞时发生地表沉陷及盾构机栽头现象,采用盾构渣土对地勘探明的溶洞进行填充预处理。通过盾构渣土的正交试验分析,确定了砂质黏土流态填筑料的最佳配合比;进行了不同类型渣土对填筑料性能影响试验及抗分散剂对填筑料性能影响试验,结果表明:满足泵送性时,砂质黏土的用水量最小,在坍落度基本一致的情况下,砂质黏土的抗压强度最高;抗分散剂掺量为总固体质量0.005%的填筑料在有水溶洞中具有较好的抗分散性及可泵性。利用盾构渣土制备流态填筑料能降低生产成本,保护生态环境。

Experimental research on preparation of fluid filler for karst cave filling

    Abstract:In order to prevent surface subsidence and the phenomenon of shield machine head-down when shield through stratum excavation meets karst cave,it is proposed to use shield residue soil to fill and pretreat the karst cave which explored in geological prospecting. Through orthogonal test analysis of shield residue soil,the optimal proportion of sandy clay fluid filling material is determined. Experiments on the effect of different types of residue soil on the properties of filling materials and the effect of anti-dispersant agent on the properties of filling materials were carried out. The results show that when pumping ability is satisfied,the water consumption of sandy clay is the lowest,and the compressive strength of sandy clay is the highest when slump is basically the same. The filling material with anti-dispersion agent content of 0.005% of the total solid mass has good anti-dispersion and pumpability in water-soluble cave. The fluid filling material was prepared from shield residue soil can reduce production cost and protect ecological environment.
