再生砖骨料装配式轻质内隔墙板力学性能研究

    摘要:为了降低装配式轻质内隔墙板的生产成本及有效利用建筑废弃烧结页岩砖,将废弃烧结页岩砖回收、破碎、筛分,收集0~10 mm规格的再生砖骨料部分替代天然砂,设计多组配合比并以工厂生产的方式制备再生砖骨料混凝土轻质内隔墙板;对再生砖骨料混凝土轻质内墙隔板进行抗压强度试验、均布荷载试验、干燥收缩试验,并对其进行微观分析。结果表明:砖骨料替代率为40%时的再生砖骨料混凝土轻质内墙隔板性能符合要求。利用再生砖骨料生产混凝土轻质内墙隔板能降低生产成本。

Study on mechanical properties of recycled brick aggregate assembled lightweight internal partition board

    Abstract:In order to reduce the production cost of clapboard in the assembled lightweight and effective utilization of construction waste sintering confined shale brick,recovering waste sintering confined shale brick,crushing,screening,collect 0~10 mm mesh specifications of brick slag partly replace natural sand,design multiple groups of mix proportions and prepare recycled brick aggregate concrete lightweight interior partition boards in the form of factory production. Compressive strength test,uniform load test,drying shrinkage test and microscopic analysis are carried out for the lightweight interior wall partition of recycled brick aggregate concrete. The results show that the performance of recycled brick aggregate concrete lightweight internal wall partition meets the requirements when the replacement rate of brick aggregate is 40%. Using recycled brick aggregate to produce lightweight concrete internal wall partition can reduce production cost and has a good application prospect in prefabricated buildings.
