    摘要:在现有的绿色建筑设计中,设计人员主要根据经验和工程实际条件选择采用一定的设计策略定性地进行设计,但并没有准确的定量参考。这样传统的设计方法既不利于不同设计策略优劣的对比,同时也无法因地制宜地缓解不同影响因素间的矛盾。结合重庆地区夏热冬冷的气候特点,以计算机辅助设计技术为手段,探讨了建筑形体、布局的定量设计方法,详细分析了不同简化建筑构型下在热辐射得热、通风、采光方面的特点,并通过实际案例证明了上述方法在建筑的通风、采光设计中应用的可行性,可为同类建筑的节能设计提供参考。

Research on computer aided building energy saving design

    Abstract:During the design of green building in nowadays,the architects generally choose some mature strategies or measures to lower the energy consumption of the building based on experience and engineering conditions,which,however,is lack of accurate quantitative reference. The traditional design method is not only unfavorable to comparison between different plans,but also cannot be adapted to local conditions to relief the contradiction between the influencing factors. In this paper,combining with the climate characteristics of Chongqing,i.e.,hot summer and cold winter,computer aided design technology is employed to establish a quantitative approach to the design of architectural shape and layout,where the heat radiation,ventilation and lighting aspects of different simplified building shape are analyzed in detail. The feasibility of our proposed approach to the ventilation and lighting design is demonstrated by practical cases,which also provide references for energy-saving design of similar buildings.
