冻融循环下高强度陶粒混凝土的耐久性能研究

    摘要:考察了粉煤灰陶粒的制备工艺条件:粉煤灰与黏土质量比为1∶1,经过烘干和400 ℃预热25 min后,于1100 ℃下煅烧10 min,制得的陶粒筒压强度为6.0 MPa。通过正交试验确定高强度陶粒混凝土的适宜配比为:水泥500 kg/m3、陶粒500 kg/m3、砂300 kg/m3、石200 kg/m3,减水剂掺量为水泥质量的0.5%,水灰比0.25。以抗压强度损失率为指标,并与普通混凝土进行对比,研究了高强度陶粒混凝土在冻融循环过程中介质分别为水、Na2SO4溶液和NaCl溶液时的耐久性能,结果表明,高强度陶粒混凝土在Na2SO4和NaCl溶液中的抗冻性能较普通混凝土更优异,说明在海洋工程或者在腐蚀性环境下,高强度陶粒混凝土结构的安全稳定性更高。

Durability research on high strength ceramsite concrete at freezing-thawing cycles

    Abstract:Suitable condition of ceramsite made by fly ash and clay had been obtained: the mass radio of fly ash and clay was 1∶1,after preheating at 400 ℃ for 25 min,then sintering it at 1100 ℃ for 10 min. The cylindrical compress strength of prepared ceramsite is 6.0 MPa. Suitable proportion of high strength lightweight ceramsite concrete was obtained by orthogonal test:cement was 500 kg/m3,ceramsite was 500 kg/m3,sand was 300 kg/m3,stone was 200 kg/m3,water reducer was 0.5% of cement,water cement ratio was 0.25. Compressive strength loss rate had been used as performance indicator,the freezing-thawing durability of lightweight concrete had been studied when liquor was water,Na2SO4 solution and NaCl solution. Results show that compared with normal concrete,high strength ceramsite concrete had better durability in Na2SO4 solution and NaCl solution,indicating that it had higher stability when used at ocean engineering or corrosive situation.
