风电塔筒高强自密实混凝土的配制与应用

    摘要:通过配合比的优化设计,配制出自密实性能和抗压强度满足设计要求的高强自密实混凝土,并应用于风电塔筒工程。现场施工效果表明:配制的高强自密实混凝土具有良好可泵性,易于低速顶升浇筑,拆模后混凝土塔筒整体外观质量良好。

Preparation and application of high strength self-compacting concrete in tower barrel of wind power

    Abstract:The high strength self-compacting concrete in tower barrel of wind power was prepared through mix proportion design and optimization with qualified self compactness and compressive strength that meet the design requirement. Field application indicates shows that the high strength self-compacting concrete has a good pump ability that can easy to be jacked up slowly,and the tower barrel show a good appearance quality.
