改性环氧基混凝土裂缝注浆料的制备与性能研究

    摘要:研究了稀释剂、固化剂、消泡剂、硅微粉及硅烷偶联剂用量对制备的改性环氧基混凝土裂缝注浆料粘度、抗压强度、抗弯性能、粘结剪切强度及正拉粘结强度的影响。结果表明,当m(环氧树脂E-44)∶m(固化剂593)∶m(稀释剂501)∶m(稀释剂692)∶m(KH-550)∶m(消泡剂B-313)∶m(硅微粉)=100∶31∶10∶15∶1.5∶0.5∶30时,制备的环氧注浆料的综合性能最优。其粘度为1450 mPa·s,适用期为65 min,7 d抗压强度为64 MPa,7 d抗弯强度为35 MPa,呈非碎裂破坏;7 d钢对钢粘结剪切强度为14 MPa,7 d钢对混凝土正拉粘结强度为3.6 MPa,呈混凝土内聚破坏,符合GB/T 50728—2011《工程结构加固材料安全性鉴定技术规范》对改性环氧基混凝土裂缝注浆料的性能要求。

Preparation and property research of the modified epoxy grouting for concrete crack repair

    Abstract:Effect of the dosage of diluents,curing agent,defoaming agent,silica powder and coupling agent on the viscosity,compression strength,bending property,bonding shear strength and cohesive pulling strength of the modified epoxy gronting for concrete repair was discussed. Results showed that the epoxy grouting acquired its best properties when the mass ratio of the epoxy resin(E-44),curing agent(593),diluents(501),diluents(692),coupling agents(KH-550),defoaming agent(B-313) and silica powder was 100∶31∶10∶15∶1.5∶0.5∶30. The viscosity is 1450 mPa·s and the working time is 65 min,the compression strength of 7 d is 64 MPa and the bending strength of 7 d is 35 MPa with non-brittle fracture,The bonding shear strength of 7 d is 14 MPa and the cohesive pulling strength of 7 d is 3.6 MPa with concrete cohesion failure. The prepared epoxy grouting completely meets the property requirements of the modified epoxy grouting as specified in GB/T 50728—2011"Technical code for safety appraisal of engineering structural strengthening materials".
