机制生土砖抗压强度试验方法研究

    摘要:参照GB/T 2542—2012《砌墙砖试验方法》,对复掺纤维与水泥、单掺水泥、单掺砂等3种尺寸为240 mm×115 mm×90 mm的30个改性机制生土砖试件进行抗压强度试验,从试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、极限强度以及数据分布情况等方面考察试验方法的可行性。研究表明:3种试件在该试验方法下强度值分布合理,受力过程、破坏形态符合生土块材轴心受压规律,抗压强度数据整体表现稳定,表明按GB/T 2542—2012得出的结果能真实反映机制生土砖的抗压强度,可作为机制生土砖的抗压强度标准试验方法。

Study on the test method for compressive strength of mechanical pressing raw-soil brick

    Abstract:This paper referenced GB/T 2542—2012 "Test Methods for Wall Bricks" to conduct the compression test of three kinds of thirty 240 mm×115 mm×90 mm modified mechanical pressing raw-soil bricks,doping cement and fiber,doping cement and doping sand,respectively,the feasibility of experimental method was analyzed through the failure mode,load-displacement curve,ultimate strength and data distribution. The results show that the distribution of strength values is reasonable under this test method,meanwhile,the loading process and failure mode are in accordance with the rules of axial compression of raw-soil test block,the data of compressive strength is stable,which suggest that the test method can reflect the compressive strength of mechanical pressing raw-soil brick truthfully and this method can be used as a standard for the analysis of the compressive strength of mechanical pressing raw-soil brick.
